Biography
With a career spanning over two decades, I’ve built a strong foundation in the fields of business analysis, project management, and program management. Graduating in 2002, I embarked on my professional journey as a business analyst at the Commonwealth Bank. Throughout my career, I’ve excelled in project delivery and maintained a steadfast commitment to achieving outstanding results.
My career has been marked by a focus on project delivery and an unwavering dedication to excellence. I’ve had the privilege of working with many of the largest corporations, banks, and insurance companies in Australia. My expertise and determination have consistently contributed to successful project outcomes and the growth of the organisations I’ve been part of.
As my career progressed, I found myself drawn to the desire for work that is not just successful but also truly meaningful and purposeful. This yearning for a more fulfilling professional journey ultimately led me to become an integral part of Logic Lounge Psychology, my wife Sarah Jacob’s successful psychology business, established in 2015. Over the past eight years, Logic Lounge Psychology has experienced remarkable growth, evolving from serving a single client to proudly supporting over 13,000 individuals. With a dedication to the well-being of our clients, we’ve delivered over 60,000 psychology sessions and expanded to operate nine clinics. Today, Logic Lounge Psychology stands as one of the foremost providers of psychological therapy in Australia.
What truly sets my career path apart is my unwavering passion for personal development and growth. I’ve honed the skills and mindset necessary for executive coaching through my extensive corporate background. I understand the nuances of corporate life, the complexities of leadership, and the demands of high-stakes decision-making. My journey has equipped me to guide individuals in their professional journeys with precision and insight.
I believe in adding the right individuals to a team at the right time, and I have experienced the transformative impact of this approach with Logic Lounge Psychology. We’ve brought onboard key figures, such as Wilson Wong (CFO) and Tony Nimac (Strategy), who have played pivotal roles in our growth and success. My corporate background allows me to appreciate and leverage the value that the right people can bring to an organisation.
My interest in data and insights has positioned Logic Lounge Psychology well for the future, as I recognise the importance of informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Furthermore, I have a keen interest in the growth of our business and am constantly vigilant for opportunities to advance our programs and capabilities. My finger is on the pulse for the many opportunities presenting themselves in our ever-evolving landscape.
I’m equipped with the right skills and dedication to guide individuals in their professional journeys as an executive career coach. My journey, both within corporate settings and with Logic Lounge Psychology, has been marked by a dedication to excellence, innovation, and a profound interest in helping individuals find their path and achieve their aspirations in a meaningful and purposeful way.
