She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting people with diverse psychological presentations, personal histories, and cultural backgrounds.

She has completed a Bachelor of Psychology, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced), and a Master of Clinical Psychology, giving her strong clinical foundations and a deep understanding of mental health.

Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, and life-transition challenges. Cassandra draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, alongside comprehensive biopsychosocial formulations and recovery-oriented practice.

Known for her grounded, creative, and person-centred style, she brings gentle curiosity to her work and creates a safe space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them. Her background in school and community settings has shaped her adaptable, strengths-focused approach, and she values collaboration with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams when appropriate.

Cassandra’s hobbies include spending time in nature, crafting personalised trivia games, and creating thoughtful handmade gifts. These interests mirror her therapeutic style, where she brings imagination, organisation, and a focus on making each client’s experience feel meaningful and tailored.
