Holly is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Education and Developmental Psychology from the University of Western Sydney.

Holly is a dedicated therapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours utilising person-centred, evidence-based clinical practice. She is competent in delivering psychotherapy, conducting clinical assessments, intervention planning, design and implementation.

Holly is compassionate in working with children and adults with a history of developmental trauma or disabilities, utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) approaches. She strives to improve the quality of life and well-being of her clients.

Holly has a strong interest in neuroscience and has recently completed the Master of Brain and Mind Sciences at The University of Sydney. She is a Medicare provider and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Holly speaks fluent English and Cantonese and can conduct sessions in either language.
